These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the JoySnaps website and the photography services provided by JoySnaps Media LLC (“JoySnaps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. We will contact you to confirm your date, location, and details. No payment is collected when you submit a booking request.

Galleries and payment

After your session, we will send you a private gallery link. Gallery links are unique to you; please do not share them publicly. Photos are delivered after you select a package and complete payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Use of photographs

Photos you purchase are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use, including printing and sharing with family and friends. JoySnaps retains copyright in all images. Please contact us before using any image commercially.

Text messaging

We send text messages about your booking only if you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our booking form. Providing a mobile phone number alone does not opt you in. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from JoySnaps Media LLC about your booking at the number provided, sent using an automated system. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. For additional assistance, contact smile@joysnapsphotography.com. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JoySnaps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
